Request deletion of your personal data from any Zero Zeta service. The process is the same everywhere — and we complete it within 30 days.
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you across any Zero Zeta service — ProcessOps Copilot, FoundryOps Copilot, Remnant Opt Copilot, or any future product. This page explains exactly how to do it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes. The process is the same for every Service.
The fastest way to request deletion — email info@zerozeta.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We acknowledge within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Choose any one of the following channels. All are equally valid.
Send an email from the address associated with your account, or — for end-users — from any address you control, to info@zerozeta.com.
Include in the email:
If you are a tenant administrator, sign in to the relevant Service dashboard, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete data, and follow the prompts. You can delete a single employee record or initiate full tenant deletion from here.
If you are using a Service that runs on WhatsApp (currently ProcessOps Copilot), send the message DELETE MY DATA to the same WhatsApp number you normally use. The Service will recognise this command, confirm your identity, and forward the request to our privacy team. You will get an acknowledgment within 2 business days.

| Authentication tokens (JWT) | Yes | Revoked immediately |
| Billing records and tax invoices | No | Retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law |
| Backups | Overwritten within 35 days | Our backup rotation purges deleted data within one full backup cycle |
| Anonymised aggregate statistics | No | These contain no personal identifiers and are not subject to deletion |
We also instruct our third-party processors — listed per Service in the Service Appendices of our Privacy Policy — to delete any data they hold on our behalf, in line with the data-processing agreements we have with each of them. Where a Service runs on top of a third-party communications platform such as WhatsApp, that platform retains metadata according to its own policy, which we cannot override.
We may decline part or all of a deletion request only where the law requires us to retain specific data (for example, billing records for tax compliance) or where we need the data to defend an active legal claim. If we decline any part, we will tell you which part and why, in writing.
You can cancel a pending deletion request at any time before it completes by replying to the acknowledgment email or by writing again to info@zerozeta.com. Once deletion is complete, it is irreversible.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer:
Gaurav Gupta
Founding Director, Zero Zeta

Under India's DPDPA, 2023, the Grievance Officer responds within 30 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what data we collect and why, and our Terms and Conditions for the contractual basis on which our Services are offered.
